Hundred10 is a creative firm specializing in web design as well as corporate identity and print communication systems. Founding partners Layne Lev and John Milly bring a combined twenty-seven years of experience in leading design markets to their clientele. We deliver complete and integrated communications solutions for B2B and B2C companies.
Our design ethos demands that form follow function. We have defined, refined and created solutions for all manner of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and we make sure the client is involved, educated, and comfortable in every phase of the project.
We like simple
Our sites are designed to be functional, attractive, and intuitive. Careful attention is paid to the development of a logical presentation of information, so as to make the end user's experience as enjoyable as possible.
We don't recycle
Websites, that is. Instead of reskinning the exact same site over and over and selling it as new, we start with a clean sheet of paper for every site we create.
We count pixels
Every Hundred10 design is meticulously laid out. Sometimes we spend time debating whether a 9 or 10 pixel border looks better. A little obsessive? Perhaps, but we do it because we care.
Layne has been involved in both the web and print sides of the graphic arts industry for over fourteen years. Prior to the formation of Hundred10, he ran e:go Consulting, an independent design studio servicing clients in both central and northern California. He also served as Creative Director for HiS Magazine and Premier Bride. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.In 2001, Layne and his wife Melissa returned to their native central California from Silicon Valley to raise their kids and be closer to family. They have twin daughters, Kaitlin and Ella.
Layne has been awarded three Addy awards and the Larry H. Early Viewer's Choice Award by the Fresno Ad Federation. He is also a former champion of the Fresno Design Alliance's Iron Designer Challenge.

With over fifteen years specializing in web design, web products and services, and corporate identity systems, John brings not only extensive and varied experience to the table, but the benefit of having worked with some of the brightest firms in San Francisco, Silicon Valley and New York City.Prior to joining Hundred10, John was a Sr. Designer with Liquid Agency in Silicon Valley. Before moving to California, John held the position of Art Director with Weschler, Ross & Partners and Tribal DDB Worldwide in New York. John held the position of Design Associate at Wang Hutner Design in San Francisco and Sr. Designer at 1185 Design in Palo Alto.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design from California State University, Fresno. His work on the Foundry III website was recognized in STEP Magazine's "Best of the Web" in 2007.

Shahin has been active in the Web industry for 10 years, developing HTML and Flash websites, including dynamic, database driven applications. Shahin has programmed approximately 65 web sites with John Milly and Hundred10. He has won numerous awards, including the prestigious Addy Award, for his work. Upon graduating from California State University, Fresno, Shahin was recruited as an instructor for Advanced Web Design courses at the university.His skill set includes advanced PHP programming building dynamic internet applications, AJAX programming (XMLHttpRequest), MySQL database programming, as well as Flash ActionScript.
Matt is Hundred10's resident code jockey, performing much of the virtual grunt work that takes a site from paper to pixels. His skill set includes HTML/CSS/PHP coding, Flash and ActionScript development.He's a decent shot with a sniper rifle in COD4 too, but we may have been a little hasty in claiming he can kick anyone's butt.
Stephanie brings sixteen years of print and web project management, client services, scheduling and trafficking experience. In addition to working at local ad agencies and graphic design firms, she has taught part-time at California State University, Fresno. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design from the University in 1993.Stephanie is a former board member of the Fresno Advertising Federation. She was recognized in 2006 when the organization named her the recipient of the Nancy Thielen Award. She currently produces the FAF Schmooze & Booze Mixer for the design community.
